Andrea Fulton
Andrea Fulton is the Artistic Director and Executive Producer of The Bracebridge Dinner at Yosemite. Since its inception in 1927, Bracebridge has been graced by many talented artists, both on stage and behind the scenes. Of all these artists, no one person has had more impact on Bracebridge than Andrea Fulton. Andrea, whose parents were Bracebridge’s musical directors, began her participation in The Dinner as a Villager at the age of five! Several years later, the world-renowned photographer and then-Director Ansel Adams created the role of Ward of the Squire for her, which she played for many years. She then took on the role of The Bracebridge Minstrel for 18 years and has since played The Housekeeper for many more. Since 1979, Andrea has produced, directed and acted as Head Writer of The Bracebridge Dinner.
Jonathan Spencer
Jonathan Spencer is Managing Director of Andrea Fulton Productions. Jonathan began his Bracebridge journey in 2008, when he was a last-minute replacement for a singer who had to leave the company unexpectedly. The timing was perfect! Since then, he has enjoyed playing a wide variety of roles for both the show and the administration of the Dinner. He started out as understudy to the Woodsman in 2009 and took on the role of Squire Bracebridge in 2012. He became Production Manager for the company that same year and was named Managing Director in 2019. Jonathan’s career onstage includes many roles at San Francisco’s Lamplighters Music Theatre, including such favorites as Capt. Corcoran (HMS Pinafore), The Pirate King (The Pirates of Penzance), and Pooh-Bah (The Mikado). At other theatres in the Bay Area, he has played Mr. Peachum in Threepenny Opera (West Edge Opera), George in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (Bay Area Stage), Caspar Gutman in The Maltese Falcon (Butterfield 8 Theatre), and Father in Ragtime (Alameda Civic Light Opera), among numerous others. He is also a Jeopardy! champion.
Gregory West Parker
Gregory West Parker is the Music Director of Andrea Fulton Productions. The very first time he touched a piano, he knew that music would always be a part of his life. Greg’s piano studies culminated in a master’s degree in piano performance from Peabody Conservatory. An additional master’s degree from Peabody in vocal performance rounded out his formal music studies.
Musical composition has always been a part of Greg’s artistic life. Through the advice and encouragement of key mentors, he is now engaged in creating secular and sacred Choral works, as well as works for voice and piano solo. His compositions have been performed both in the United States and in Europe.
In 1987, Greg was cast in My Fair Lady, under the direction of Andrea Fulton. This beginning has led to 32 years of participation on many levels in the Bracebridge Dinner Yuletide extravaganza. Utilizing his experience as an interior architect, Greg also designs and implements the set decorations seen each year on the Bracebridge Stage.
